Terms of use
These Terms of Use (“ToU”) govern access to the Frami service available at https://frami.studio and the related application (the “Service”). Company registration details (Companies House / RCS, VAT number, share capital) will be published as soon as they are final.
The Service includes: SaaS product (Frami) for creating short-form video ads from a script: script analysis, image and video generation, brand and avatar management, subscriptions and payments via Stripe, and optional fal.ai integration (user-supplied API key).
Section 1 — Purpose
These ToU set the rules for using the Service, together with the Terms of Sale where applicable.
Section 2 — Account and access
Access may rely on a third-party identity provider (e.g. Clerk). You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Section 3 — Your obligations
You must comply with applicable law, not compromise Service security, and have the rights and authorisations needed for content and data you upload (including personal data about third parties where relevant).
Section 4 — Intellectual property
The Service, software, UI and branding remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. You retain your content and grant a limited licence to host and process it to operate the Service. Commercial terms for generated deliverables are set out in the Terms of Sale.
Section 5 — Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. You remain responsible for how you use outputs (including AI-assisted content) and for business decisions. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, liability is capped at the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or EUR 100 excl. tax, whichever is lower.
Section 6 — Suspension / termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach. You may close your account from the product or as described in the Terms of Sale.
Section 7 — Changes
We may update these ToU and will notify you by email or in-app notice when appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless you stop using the Service.
Section 8 — Governing law
French law. Competent courts under general rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
